Authorities can contact support@casavenus.vip about Casa Venus records, unlawful content or a preservation request. For a person in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first; this website and inbox are not emergency dispatch services.
Information to provide
- Agency, jurisdiction, officer’s name and title, official email address and a callback number that can be independently verified.
- Case reference, legal authority and the relevant order, request or preservation instrument.
- Exact listing, account or page references, the records requested, the date range and time zone.
- Any lawful nondisclosure requirement, required response date and explanation of urgency.
For an emergency disclosure request, describe the specific threat, why delay matters, and the narrowly identified information sought. Mark the subject “URGENT SAFETY — Law enforcement”. Do not include unnecessary sensitive material in an initial email.
Validation, preservation and disclosure
Requests must be authenticated and evaluated under applicable law. Information is not disclosed simply because a sender claims to be an officer. A request may require clarification, appropriate legal process or a different jurisdictional procedure. Cross-border requests remain subject to applicable restrictions.
A preservation request should identify the records and legally relevant period. Preservation is different from disclosure and is limited to records available to Casa Venus and the requirements of applicable law; this policy does not promise that deleted or never-collected information exists.
These contact instructions do not replace formal service requirements or create an agency relationship with an authority. Public safety reports and victim removal requests can also be made through Reports & Complaints.
