Access and advertiser eligibility

Visitors to the adult directory must be at least 18 and meet the legal adult-age requirement where they access it. Safety, legal and removal-request information is available without entering the adult directory or confirming an age. Casa Venus’s advertiser policy requires advertisers to be 21 or older. Complete identity verification before purchasing or submitting an advertisement. Advertiser and administrator sign-ins are separate.

Content and conduct

Publish accurate information and only images you have permission to use. No minors, exploitation, trafficking, impersonation, non-consensual content, or illegal activity. Sexual-service offers and prices are not accepted. Content that violates the submission rules may be rejected, removed, or suspended.

Purchases, review and corrections

Select your country, state or region, city coverage, category and advertising product. The total shown at checkout controls your purchase, including any eligible free advertising or discount. Daily, weekly, monthly, weekly VIP, Anfitriona and Bump options apply as offered in your account. Monthly listings have a stated 30-day period and weekly VIP has a seven-day period; prices and free eligibility follow the current country and account settings. VIP homepage rotation covers the selected state or region, while directory priority follows the submitted listing cities.

Purchasing a placement and submitting its ad are separate steps. Submissions go through review; payment alone does not promise approval. Read your ad status and Casa Venus notifications. If an ad is rejected, follow the correction and resubmission instructions for that purchase instead of paying again automatically.

Placement availability

Each country, city and category has three Anfitriona spots, including reservations. When the house is full, return when a spot opens or choose another available placement. Six bump spots run at a time; a queued bump must fit completely within the selected ad’s remaining live period. These limits also apply during free-ad campaigns. Hero promotions and city listings can have different reach; the selected product and submitted location coverage control your placement.

Wallet payments and support

Paid purchases use your Casa Venus wallet balance. Crypto transfers are generally irreversible, and the site does not provide an automatic withdrawal or refund for a deposit or rejected ad. Contact support about an incorrect charge, purchase problem or refund request. Any approved wallet adjustment appears in your account; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Locations and applicable law

A country, state or city in the directory is a search destination, not a licence, local office or statement that all advertised activities are legal there. Follow the laws that apply to your physical location, advertisement and activity. Do not access or use the service where doing so would be unlawful. Platform rules do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

House Partners, verification and reports

House Partner status requires a separate application and approval. Buying Anfitriona placement does not grant House Partner status. Account verification is separate from paid placement and content approval and is not a guarantee of conduct or safety.

Account and platform information

We process account identifiers, verified contact details, profile information, advertising submissions, uploaded photos, purchase and wallet records, verification status, and messages sent through the platform. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.

What appears publicly

Published ad content—including photos, display name, location, description and contact details you provide for publication—can be viewed by visitors and indexed by search engines. Share only information you intend to make public. Removing an ad from Casa Venus does not immediately remove copies or search-engine caches elsewhere.

Imported profile drafts

Authorized team members can prepare private advertisement drafts from an external profile URL and review the extracted details and photos. This workflow records the source and can retain any supplied historical permission references. Drafts and imported photos remain separate from public advertisements. Importing a draft does not publish it or establish permission to publish someone’s information.

Identity checks and private submissions

Didit handles the identity-verification flow. Depending on the configured checks, its processing can include identity documents, selfies, liveness captures and derived biometric comparison data. Read Didit’s verification privacy notice and the information shown in the verification flow.

Casa Venus stores verification session information, status and the provider’s results to connect the decision to your advertiser account. These stored results can include more than the approval status. Private couple-verification photos are stored separately from the public ad gallery. House Partner applications and their portfolios are submitted for team review. Authorized staff may access information needed to review submissions and resolve support matters.

Advertiser client-safety reviews

The advertiser-only client-safety feature uses a phone number to derive a keyed lookup value. It stores the author’s advertiser reference, rating, written review, any supplied city and the submission time. Matching reviews can be viewed by signed-in advertiser accounts; they are not public directory listings. A lookup value is pseudonymous, not a promise of anonymity. Reviews are user reports, not confirmed facts or a guarantee of anyone’s identity or safety.

If a review concerns you and appears inaccurate or unlawful, contact support with enough information to locate it. Do not post someone’s phone number or other unnecessary personal information in review text.

Why information is used

Information supports sign-in, account management, identity verification, ad review and publication, placement scheduling, payment reconciliation, notifications, customer support, optional usage statistics, abuse prevention and security. Optional analytics require your choice below. That choice does not authorize publication of your content or replace any permission needed for identity checks or other processing.

Service providers and cryptocurrency

Casa Venus uses Clerk for authentication, Didit for identity verification, Supabase for application data and media, Render for hosting, and Tatum for cryptocurrency payment infrastructure. Providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and privacy practices. Crypto addresses and transactions are recorded on public blockchains; avoid including personal information in payment references.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses session technology. The site also uses browser storage to remember choices such as language, search location and welcome-notice state. Disabling or clearing storage may reset those choices or require you to sign in again.

Optional nearby-city selection

If you choose the current-location option, your browser asks for permission to use your device’s location. The feature downloads a public city catalog and finds the nearest supported city in your browser. It does not send your device’s precise coordinates to Casa Venus. The selected city is then used for directory navigation and your saved location choice. You can choose a country and city manually without granting location permission.

Optional site and advertisement statistics

Optional measurement stays off until you accept it. When enabled, Casa Venus measures eligible public-page views, engagement signals and link/button taps to understand site usage and estimate advertisement performance. Its first-party measurement uses a temporary random visit identifier held in page memory, not a permanent visitor identifier. These analytics records do not include raw IP addresses, typed text, form content or full referring URLs. Browsing events are estimates; they cannot prove that a visitor is a human.

Legal, safety, support, reporting and account areas are excluded from optional measurement. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep it off even if you previously accepted. You can withdraw your choice below; withdrawal stops future optional measurement in this browser and does not affect sign-in, reporting or other essential services. Your preference is stored in this browser, and clearing storage resets it to off.

Google Analytics and external services

Google Analytics is currently disabled. Accepting optional analytics enables Casa Venus’s own site and advertisement statistics only.

This choice does not control authentication providers or a separate website opened from a link. Those services have their own privacy notices and controls.

Privacy choices

Optional analytics stay off until you accept. You can reject or change your choice at any time. This choice does not affect sign-in, identity checks or reporting.

This choice controls Casa Venus site and advertisement statistics. Google Analytics is currently disabled.

Managing your information

Use advertiser Settings to update account contact information and security details, and My Ads to manage published content. Contact support@casavenus.vip to request access, correction, deletion or help with a privacy concern. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Regional rights and complaints

Rights depend on the law that applies to you and the processing concerned. They may include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where consent is relied on, and a complaint to the appropriate data-protection authority. In Mexico, these may include access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO). Applicable statutory rights are not waived by using the directory.

Explain your country and request when contacting support. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents. Reporting or deletion requests do not require you to purchase advertising; any identity check should be proportionate to the request.

Retention and security

Account, transaction, moderation and support records may need to be retained for service operation, dispute handling, security or legal obligations. A deletion request is reviewed against those needs; blockchain records cannot be deleted by Casa Venus. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system can promise absolute security.
