These conditions apply to advertising submitted to Casa Venus. Read them with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and the product details presented before purchase. Casa Venus sells advertising visibility; it does not sell, arrange or guarantee an advertiser’s personal services.
Eligibility and control of your account
Advertisers must be at least 21, act voluntarily, and complete the account verification required by the platform. You must control your account and be authorized to publish every person and item of content included in your submission. Never use another person’s identity or submit an advertisement for someone who has not freely agreed.
Keep your contact details and listing information accurate. Protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected account misuse. The site’s account checks do not replace any licence, registration or other requirement that applies to your activities.
Content, consent and image rights
You must have the rights and the depicted adults’ consent needed to publish your photos, videos, voice recordings, text and other submitted material. A person’s permission to take a photograph is not automatically permission to publish it. Do not copy another advertiser’s photos, impersonate someone, publish private identifying information, or upload intimate images or digital forgeries without consent.
Casa Venus prohibits minors, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, sexual acts, penetration, explicit sexual-service offers and other illegal content or conduct. Nudity may be permitted under the content rules, subject to review and applicable law; permission under a site rule is not permission under local law.
You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize Casa Venus and the service providers operating the platform to host, process, resize, watermark and display that content as needed to provide your chosen advertising and related directory features. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated use. Removed content may remain in restricted backups, transaction or moderation records where retention is necessary; external copies and search caches are outside our direct control.
Locations and advertising products
Choose the country, state or region, city coverage and category accurately. Where multiple listing cities are available, the selection must remain within the permitted state or region and include the primary city associated with the purchase. A promotional or hero placement may have different reach from a city listing; use the coverage shown for the selected product.
Daily, weekly, monthly, weekly VIP, Anfitriona and Bump options are available as offered in your account. A monthly listing runs for the stated 30-day period and weekly VIP runs for seven days. VIP homepage rotation covers the selected state or region, while directory priority follows the submitted listing cities. The order controls the duration, placement, price, currency and any free-ad eligibility. Stories and an Ultimate profile are platform features; they do not by themselves create a different paid placement.
Anfitriona inventory allows three spots per country, city and category, including reservations. Six Bump spots run at a time; queued Bumps must fit within the associated advertisement’s remaining live period. House Partner applications are reviewed separately.
Payment, approval and changes
Review the final amount before authorizing a purchase. Country pricing, promotions and free eligibility can differ. Paid orders use the Casa Venus wallet; follow the asset and network shown in the funding instructions. A blockchain transfer and a completed advertising order are different events.
Payment does not guarantee approval, inquiries, placement outside the purchased coverage, or a particular income. Submitted advertisements are reviewed and can require corrections. Use the correction or resubmission flow for the existing order when instructed. Do not pay again merely because a submission is pending or rejected.
Contact support with the order reference for billing, refund or wallet-adjustment requests. Crypto transfers are generally irreversible; there is no automatic wallet withdrawal or refund process. Any applicable cancellation, refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
Moderation and review
Casa Venus may reject, restrict, remove or suspend advertisements and accounts for policy violations, inaccurate information, rights complaints, unlawful activity or security concerns. Repeat copyright infringement may result in account termination where appropriate. Available account controls let you manage your advertisements; serious safety or legal concerns may require additional restrictions.
To challenge a decision, use Reports & Complaints and include the submission or order reference, the decision and your explanation. Applicable rights to contact an authority, seek independent advice or use a court are preserved.
