Report a listing, photo, Story, review, message or other Casa Venus content to support@casavenus.vip. Accounts and purchases are not required to make a report. Include the exact link, the type of concern, relevant facts and a safe way to contact you.
For immediate danger, use the emergency service for your physical location. Do not confront a suspected trafficker or download, forward or re-upload suspected child sexual abuse material.
Intimate images shared without consent
This process covers real intimate photos or videos and digitally created or altered depictions, including AI-generated sexual impersonation. The depicted person or their authorized representative can request removal. You do not need to own the copyright, create an account or pay.
You do not need a Casa Venus account to report content or request removal.
Use the language you can safely communicate in. Include the page link and country so we can review your concern.
For an intimate-image removal request, include:
- Your electronic signature, or your authorized representative’s signature
- The exact page or image links, or enough information to locate them
- A brief statement of your good-faith belief that publication was without your consent, with any relevant context
- An email address or another safe way to contact you
Report by email · support@casavenus.vip
The button opens your email app. Your report is sent only when you send the email.
Where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, a covered platform must remove validly reported material as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and make reasonable efforts in that period to find and remove known identical copies. This is distinct from the DMCA counter-notice process. Read the FTC guidance and the statutory procedure.
Identify the page and, where possible, the specific image or video. Do not send the intimate file or unnecessary identity documents. Consent to creating an image is not consent to its publication. Reply in the same email thread if you need to add information or ask about the outcome.
Choose the relevant reporting subject
- Minors, trafficking, coercion or exploitation: send the link, location and specific concern; use emergency services when there is immediate danger.
- Impersonation or privacy: identify the profile or information and explain why it is not authorized.
- Copyright or photo rights: follow the separate notice instructions.
- Other allegedly illegal content: identify the material and explain the applicable country, facts and legal concern as clearly as you can.
- Advertising, billing or misleading information: include the ad or order reference; for a payment issue, include the transaction hash, currency, network and amount without passwords or wallet recovery phrases.
Review, follow-up and appeals
Reports may lead to clarification, a content restriction, account action or referral to the appropriate authority. Support email is the contact route; opening an email draft does not submit a complaint. Keep your sent message and reply in the same thread for follow-up.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, request a review and identify the decision, relevant submission or report and the reason for your objection. Explain any new evidence. This does not remove rights available under applicable law, including complaints to a regulator or court.
Where EU law applies, information on platform complaints and other remedies is available from the European Commission. Do not make deliberately false or abusive reports. Safety concerns can be reported in the language you can safely use.
