Community Giving: How the Casa Venus Campaign Works
Give directly to a cause you believe in. Understand exactly what Casa Venus offers in return—and what it does not.

Two actions, two different recipients
A giving campaign should be easy to explain without a slogan doing the accounting. In Casa Venus Community Giving, the donation goes to an independent organization through its official donation channel. Casa Venus then reviews an eligible advertiser’s receipt for a separate advertising-credit request. The organization receives the donation; the advertiser may receive platform credit. Casa Venus does not collect that donation or send an additional matching cash donation. This separation matters because a credit issued by a directory is not a second contribution to a community organization.
Read eligibility before making a decision
The published program covers completed donations made on or after October 1, 2026 to organizations listed on the Community Giving page. An advertiser must submit the receipt within 30 days. Normal account-verification and advertising requirements still apply. Check the organization’s own website to confirm its current donation options, then read Casa Venus’s terms before relying on a credit. Participation is voluntary. Choose an amount because you support the cause and can afford the donation, not because you assume a credit will be approved or converted into money.
The limits are ceilings, not automatic awards
The current limits are one approved donation per calendar month, up to $100 USD in advertising credit per month and $500 USD per advertiser account per calendar year. Credit matches the verified USD value within the remaining limits. For example, a hypothetical eligible $60 donation could produce $60 in credit when sufficient allowance remains. A larger donation does not remove the monthly ceiling. If only $20 of yearly allowance remains, that remaining allowance also constrains the credit. These are illustrations, not completed campaign transactions. Calendar calculations use UTC and the donation date; larger donations cannot be split across months.
Keep the request understandable
A useful receipt shows the organization, donation date, amount, currency and transaction reference. Include the Casa Venus account email and advertiser ID or profile URL so the review can be attached to the correct account. For another currency, provide the receipt or payment statement showing the USD equivalent charged. The request is reviewed manually and confirmation is sent by email. Opening the receipt-email button only opens an email draft; the attachment must still be added and the message sent. Do not schedule advertising around an unconfirmed award.
Recognition is not a financial return
Advertising credit cannot be paid out as cash or transferred. A receipt can receive credit only once, and altered, duplicate, refunded or unverifiable donations are ineligible. Casa Venus does not issue a charitable tax receipt. Inclusion in its organization directory does not establish endorsement, sponsorship or a formal partnership. The program acknowledges inspiration from Tryst’s TLC Donation Matching Program while operating independently under its own terms. None of these distinctions diminishes the donation; they make the campaign easier to evaluate honestly.
The current program page is the source of truth
This guide explains the terms reviewed on October 2, 2026; it does not add benefits or replace the program rules. Consult the current Community Giving page before donating, especially when timing, currency or remaining allowance is unclear. Generosity deserves clear information at the start, not an explanation after the fact.
