Use the organization’s official website or fundraiser. Your contribution goes directly to them.

Email your receipt

Include your donation details and Casa Venus advertiser ID or profile link. Submit within 30 days of donating.

Receive ad credit

After manual verification, we add eligible credit to your Casa Venus wallet and confirm it by email.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION, RECOGNIZED

Up to $100 in advertising credit per month

One approved donation per calendar month, with a maximum of $500 USD in credit per advertiser account per calendar year. Credit matches the verified USD value of your donation, up to the remaining limits.

For other currencies, include a receipt or payment statement showing the USD equivalent charged. Calendar limits use UTC and the donation date. Larger donations cannot be split across months.

AFTER YOUR DONATION

Send your receipt for review

Your receipt must show the organization, donation date, amount, currency and transaction reference. Include your account email and advertiser ID or profile URL so we can credit the correct wallet.

You may redact your home address, unrelated transactions and payment details. Keep the donation information readable. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Open receipt email

This opens your email app. Attach the receipt and send the message to complete your request. If your email app does not open, email casavenus.vip1@gmail.com with the subject “Community Giving — credit request”.

The finer details

Available to Casa Venus advertisers. Normal account verification and advertising rules still apply. Sign in to your account.
Only completed donations made on or after October 1, 2026 to an organization listed here are eligible. Submit within 30 days; a receipt can receive credit only once.
Requests are reviewed manually. Credit is not automatic, and advertising should not be scheduled around an unconfirmed credit.
Credits are for Casa Venus advertising, with no cash payout or transfer. Casa Venus does not receive your donation, make a second cash donation, or issue a charitable tax receipt.
Altered, duplicate, refunded or unverifiable donations are ineligible. Fraudulent claims may result in credit reversal and removal from the program.
Program changes apply to future donations. Contact us before donating if you are unsure about eligibility.
