A composition that looks balanced full-screen can be difficult to read as a thumbnail.
Give each gallery image a purpose
Several nearly identical images can make a gallery longer without making the introduction clearer. Choose a small sequence that adds useful variety while still looking like one current presentation. Check sharpness, lighting and color consistency. Avoid editing that makes the person difficult to recognize. Review the background before publishing
